Gnome Race: Ironforge - Stormwind

Our guild organised a level 1 gnome race from Ironforge to Stormwind. In between dying I took a few pictures. As we all had to create new gnomes with a relation to the topic "Italy" I named mine "Romgnom" (Romegnome).

First of all we were given our pink race dress

Next, we ran to the starting line which was at the gates of Ironforge

Of course we took a group picture before the race

And then the race started

In the beginning we were still close together

A bear in Loch Modan was my first death

And I now know why the Badlands have their name. Countless deaths kept me there...

Finally I left behind the last of those bloody wolves

Seeing the entrance to Blackrock (and not getting experience for it)

Leaving Blackrock. Who would have thought that it was a place of peace and quiet for our gnomes...

The mobs in the Burning Steppes were farther in between but had a much larger aggro radius

The race spread out with the lead already far in advance

Running past heroes alive

And running past heroes dead

Finally, leaving behind the Ogres and soon the Burning Steppes

Running on my last breath, while most are already done

Finally, arriving in Stormwind

Made welcome by quite a committee

When we heard that there was Horde in the Deepway Tram, we ran there to take care of it

And were succesful (with a little help of our level 60 race leader :)

Which gave me my lowest ever honour kill

Gnome is spellt G.N.O.M.E
